Shawn leads a light hearted, intensely physical class that explores dynamic partnering techniques, exercises that build strength and mobility, locomotion-based floor work and creation oriented tasks. He emphasizes new ideas, individuality and humanity in physicality. Honing our bodies and expanding our creative minds, we will build toward choreographed phrases. Participants will be encouraged to laugh, sweat and share critical thought along the way.
