Using guided improvisation, we’ll explore a wide range of techniques and movement qualities, with imagination as a driving force, unlocking new possibilities and deepening the connection to your body. Together, we’ll transform this exploration into structured material: working with composition, refining movement textures, and creatively challenging ourselves along the way.
